About Us
Cadougan Elite is part of the non-profit organization Teach and Ball that provides youth an opportunity to participate in sports while gaining valuable life skills and learning tools that will improve their quality of life. Canadian legend and Olympian Junior Cadougan has committed to providing tools and knowledge he has learned through basketball to design a program that is defined by excellence and that focuses on the overall development and well-being of each player, parent, and partner that this program connects with.
MISSION
- To promote a competitive basketball environment and to teach life skills to youth of the Greater Toronto Area.
- Assist youth that desire to pursue basketball to obtain a college/university degree as well as a future career.

RECRUITING
The main focus of Cadougan Elite is to help our players become heavily recruited by high level preparatory high schools and colleges/universities. The Cadougan elite basketball program and their executive staff members will assist all players with understanding the importance of basketball and their academic accomplishments, with the mutual goal of being recruited by a high level preparatory high school as well as obtaining a 4-year college/university scholarship.
Our executives and staff members will provide support and guidance to our players and their respective families during any recruiting process. We will assist with understanding the guidelines, rules & regulations that preparatory high schools, colleges and universities may require, along with facilitating the college research & outreach. Through exposure camps and tournaments, Cadougan Elite provides one the biggest platforms for players to reach closer to their recruitment goal.
